Shipping
- We usually process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.
- Once your order is shipped, we'll share the tracking details with you.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only if:
- Your product arrives damaged or defective, or
- You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
Please raise your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, email us at ooni.vibes@gmail.com with the following structure:
Subject: Return Request – Order #[Order ID]
Include:
- Your Order ID
- A short description of the issue
- At least 2 clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review the details and get back to you. Please wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
Once the returned product is received and checked, the applicable refund will be processed.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or damage caused after delivery.
